"I had the best experience here I accidentally left my phone and didn’t realize until I had been gone about an hour and they had already put it aside and held it for me till i could get back there to pick it up! The staff were amazing!!!"

"The room was attractive, quiet and comfortable. The common areas were inviting and nicely decorated. I chose the hotel because I didn’t want to go out to eat. For dinner, they were out of 3 things I tried to order. For breakfast. I was seated at a dirty table. I told the server, she said she she didn’t have time to clean it, even though there was only one other person in the restaurant. I tried to order 2 things. They were out of both Although I enjoyed the hotel, I left disappointed"

"Staff are exceptional. Front dest team members are courteous, professional, and quite informative. Perfect location, very near shopping mall, lots of restaurants and easy access to the interstate. Service with an authentic smile."

"The room was clean. I was surprised that there were no toiletries provided, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap. Feels like something that most places provide and this was my first time experiencing not having it. Not even complimentary coffee/tea. They gave cups though."
