"I was there for three night and my room was only clean once, The maid would come to the room and only would replace the bath mat towel. I even spoke with maid on the hallway and still no Room Service. This hotel is supposed to be rated as top Casino and Hotel. the internet was poor. Difficult to surf the web. I would Not recommend this hotel to no one."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and smelled very nice. The only issue I had was the sink drained very slowly, but it was because the stopper/plug couldn’t go up very high."

"Very nice comfortable, clean room. They have a huge koi pond with a beautiful garden surrounding it with a small outdoor pool. Inside another pool and hot tub. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The staff for the dining room was excellent. They made sure the dining room was always clean and all food items were full and fresh. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Great value. Staff is very helpful and engaging. The area has a lot of natural beauty (across the street) but not a walkable hotel. Only one restaurant and the gas station has a decent store. Busy hotel on weekend with a fair amount of activity. Rooms are nice and kept up."

"The room was clean and the pet fees very reasonable. The shower was very spacious. The shower head could have been better. The room didn’t have tissues, which I thought was odd. The bed was very hard/firm, but that’s ok. The restaurant, which is mainly why I booked at this hotel, isn’t open on Mondays and Tueadays even though it’s attached to a casino. Doesn’t make sense at all. The little eatery in the Casino was good though (4 out of 5). "
