"Hotel has real potential but food was mediocre and many staff were disinterested. Our room wasn’t serviced; when we told reception when we got back late afternoon, he said that there was nothing he could do about it. Views are amazing and shower was excellent."

The only things I think they can improve are that they didn't have bathroom mat, the tea pot was not previously cleaned and the heat in the room was TOO high and there was no way to cool it even with the heater turn off."
