I was trying to work in my room and had to leave a few hours and got no sleep because I was tired of hearing the bs… I greatly appreciate the hospitality and kind employees but, never again.."

I had “checked in” for all of 5 mins saw the room and headed back to the front desk, hotel has denied a refund entirely, and I can’t get ahold of the manager. And Expedia has been no help either. "
