"We had never been to Providence before, but Telly and Josie helped us plan our days, giving us ideas on where to go and maps on how to get there. They were so friendly & knowledgeable! They always had time for us, along with bottles of water for our day & when we got back from our day of sightseeing. These 2 ladies made our stay in RI memorable and delicious! (They suggested going out for an Italian dinner at a certain restaurant on Federal Street."

"I like this hotel because it’s very wooded with nice landscaping with plenty of room for my dogs. Also plentiful parking which was helpful because we had a small utility trailer. The room was ok and bedding was clean. Nice hot shower. Very attentive housekeeping. The hotel management was nice. The breakfast was fair."

"I was surprised that we did not automatically receive clean towels everyday or have our beds made. We asked one of the maids and they did it one day?? We had breakfast one day at The Brook and it was very nice. Received an excellent decaf espresso. Best I’ve ever gotten."

"I stayed at Holiday Inn because I had a wedding in Rhode Island. Check in was painless, we were able to check in earlier than expected. Front desk staff were very helpful and had answered any questions we had. The all you can eat breakfast was awesome, and the kitchen was so nice. The hotel was modern, and clean. No complaints at all, except for I wish the outside pool was useable!"
