"I would like to speak with someone about a redund or credit to my acount. I was unable to stay the last night due to no power and no elevator from the 5th floor. All my refrigerated items were lost and that was our dinner and desssert as well as the milk to drink. The first morning we were given access to a different room to shower in and get ready for a funeral and were told all things would be good by 9am. "The welcome building is terrible. After a long drive we needed to use the restroom. It was behind the check-in desk and worst than a gas station restroom. Toilet couldn't flush and it was dirty and unkept. The outside of the property is in need of repairs. Very shabby looking. The first room we looked at was dingy looking and smelled stale. The second room was decent."

"Completely dirty, stains on towels, stains on blankets, stains on the walls, holes, bad smells, leaking elevator ceiling when it rained, service was slow, everything was just terrible. When I came in to check in, no one was at the desk for a whole hour. Do not come here."

"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"Hotel is currently undergoing a remodel of the lobby and ground floor. Otherwise, the property is in excellent shape, with a courteous, and professional staff. The bed was excellent in our room."
