"Not ideal but served its purpose "

"The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window."

"Rooms need a little updating and better cleaning. Pretty sure I saw old blood on the bed sheets. Don’t like how the bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom. Room service never came. I seen them in the hallway and asked if we could get our room cleaned and new towels. But got nothing. Room key didn’t work a couple times, had to go to the front office but they gave new room keys quick. Could hear the people next door loud and clear. So that was a little annoying "

"Although the hotel looks a bit dated, it was very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Continental breakfast was included and was good. "

"The room was great I had two queen beds. The bathroom was very big and had higher quality shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion. From the moment I walked in the door the staff treated me like I was important. They were very nice from first interaction until the last. The breakfast buffet is great with everything from fresh fruit to oatmeal with all the toppings to orange juice and other beverages, eggs, home fries, breakfast meat. "This establishment is one you want to skip! While it looks decent from photos, we spent our time being evacuated several times due to fire alarm concern. However; come to find out it was In response to folks tampering with smoke detectors. Was advised folks were asked to leave yet, this continued to happen. Waking up to a piercing alarm while supposed to be stress free is not ideal and not something one can get any sleep experiencing. I’ve asked to speak to manager at the establishment.. no...
