Over all it was a nice stay, VERY convenient for convention center activities. However some feed back.. I called ahead to see if they could look into early check in availability on our room, as we had two plus hour drive and got the generic” we can’t guarantee one but feel free to stop by the desk to check “ which didn’t make help me plan my departure time from Ct. We arrived in the lobby one hour prior to check in & line was crazy longggg, we had a 45 min wait to check in for regular check in time! Also we had no soap, no shampoo, etc 0 toiletries! At least we had toilet paper n bath towels. But realizing the non existent items at 11pm when we went to shower was a disappointment, lucky I packed most items from home. I over heard many other guests saying they had complimentary breakfast and other items as courtesy for their long wait or other inconveniences, I wasn’t offered anything which would have been appreciated but I also didn’t make a big stink to the staff about the wait, or the missing toiletries, I guess only the squeaky wheels do get grease. Slightly disappointed but if I stayed again I would arrive earlier and check the rooms amenities before our scheduled events for sure.
