Hope to go back again. Staff all very friendly, especially Luke concierge who took us down to Fairy Trail in golf buggy and helped us charge our phones too.






What a beautiful hotel. Set in fabulous surroundings, it has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Rooms are spacious and beds so comfortable. Food is excellent. Room fine, Nice touch to use gym and thermal suite facilities. Staff - service was fine although sometimes a bit too casual. Didn’t find train too noisy but grateful of ear plugs.

Room was comfortable and clean. Bar/restaurant at the hotel was great. Staff during was disappointing, not welcoming smile, didn’t explained breakfast or amenities. The room was ideal for a short stop over but not suitable for a couple as bed very small . unfortunately not clean as came away with ringworm !!
