"El alojamiento parece encantador, pero necesita una reforma y un mantenimiento integral. Los pasillos de acceso a las habitaciones, el ascensor, las moquetas de los suelos...todo huele faltal y está sucio. Lo único bueno es la amabilidad del personal y el aparcamiento, pero no deja de ser un alojamiento con un potencial increible, pero totalmente abandonado, pues lo llenan día tras día gracias al encanto del pueblo. Impropio el precio que cobran por una habitación en que la puerta de la ducha...

"Rapport qualité-prix un peu décevant, le SPA était rempli de personnes ce qui rendait impossible de se détendre. Pour le check-out nous avons dû attendre car il y a avait beaucoup de monde en même temps et que deux employées à la réception. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très bien mais c'est dommage que le personnel ne débarrasse pas les tables pour les prochains clients, il n'y avait que des tables libres au soleil. C'est quand même dommage de devoir débarrasser soit même la table."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. While it wasn't in perfect condition and could use a bit of updating, it was still clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. "Excellent climatized clean quiet room, comfy mattress, great shower pressure, breakfast pretty good (eggs, Brie cheese and others, croissants, other breads, cappuccino, other coffees and bio teas, delicious framboise yogurt, etc). Staff very friendly and helpful. Really nice area with games , decoration very cool :) will definitely come back when in Colmar next time."
