"Very good hotel. Having kitchen with a fridge is a great advantage if you stay for more than three nights. It’s a bit far from touristic places which is not necessarily good or bad but great thing is that there’s a bus stop nearby with a free rode to the city center. The beach is 10-15 minutes to walk. Administrators are the nicest people who were there to navigate us in our first days on Crete."

"Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren hervorragend. Abends Service am Platz und als Abschluss einen Raki. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer mit Whirlpool war sauber und sehr geräumig. Am Pool konnte man sich entspannen da alles sehr ruhig und gediegen war. Die Busverbindung in die Stadt ist super, der Bus hält direkt vor dem Eingang. Der schöne Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Einzig die Gegend...

"Everyting is perfect except Jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was already filled with water. We did not use it, as we assumed the water had been used by previous guests, which did not seem very hygienic. Additionally, the surrounding area was quite messy, and the jacuzzi appeared to be malfunctioning."

"On a quick visit to Crete we stayed here and enjoyed the property. The hotel and rooms were spotless. Breakfast has good warm and cold options with fresh fruit and cafe quality coffee options. Its located very close to the city center of Heraklion, very easy walking to shopping and dining options. The view from our balcony was not great, but we were doing more exploring than sitting in the room. The neighborhood might appear to have some run down areas, but it felt really safe. Would highly...
