"The front desk staff was amazing! The rest of the staff was not. Their customer service was terrible, they weren’t helpful with information about THEIR OWN hotel and amenities. The thermostat also suddenly stopped working so we couldn’t control the air. The speakeasy was so overrun with non-hotel guests that we couldn’t get in after paying almost $400 for one night. Kinda defeats the purpose of an onsite bar/speakeasy."

"The rooms were lovely and very clean. Check in was easy and the staff was both friendly and professional. My only complaint is the artwork in the hallway on the third floor. The pictures on the walls were scary looking and didn’t seem to match the elegance of this beautiful hotel. Even though I wasn’t crazy about the artwork, I would definitely stay here again."

"They allowed me to check in a few hours early which was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Soundproofing could be better - can hear a lot of noises through the door, but earplugs were enough to help. Overall had a good stay."

"I loved this place! The nicest hotel I’ve stayed in! Everything was perfect. After I made my reservation my sisters decided to stay there too and they thanked me for telling them about it. Just the best!"

"The hotel itself was very nice. It sucks that parking isn’t included with the stay. Vallet parking for overnight was $75 a night. The valet were standoffish the whole time and when I got my car back after the first night, there was a major scratch on my front bumper, and it has been a week and I still have not heard back from management if they’ve seen the cameras."
