"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the room, the staff, the energy to help at all times were top notch. I forgot my passports in the room safe and 1 day later they were mailed back to me! Communication was immediate and pleasant. I also enjoyed the food at Zephyr, especially the salmon and crab cakes! I will definitely be returning to Hotel Phoenix!"

"This hotel is a whole VIBE!!! Not a place for staying up in the room and chilling, more of a party all night and take a nap type of hotel! It’s clean, so clean it makes you feel like it was a grand opening. City view gives you a perfect view, room size is just enough and not overly cluttered with furniture and the decor was very cool. Staff was amazing! Imani checked us in and she was excellent! The staff checking us out was so nice! We will stay with them again!"

"From the moment I walked to the property, it was impossible to get in. I was able to get in thanks to another guest, she said same thing happened to her the night before. I go to the front desk and the 3 people there were RUDE, I was standing there while they were talking about life. When I got checked in, I went to get my belongings from the car and they had locked the doors, I couldn't get in or out, extremely rude workers here. "Hotel was nice but didn’t feel safe outside of hotel"

Couldn't adjust the A/C ... had to call the front desk and they sent someone up who had to open up the ceiling to manually shift the A/C to blow colder air.
