"Staff was very good in every respect.
But...
The breakfast food is pretty bad.
My room walls were badly cracked (from building setlling?) but not repaired.
Toilet had a leak and ran every ten minutes or so, all night.

"We had reservations to spend one night here and fly away on our vacation. Due to a car accident we had to cancel our flight and spend one more night. The staff were so kind. I had spent the morning on n the phone and missed breakfast. They brought me fruit and yogurt. This was such a nice place. If I ever get another chance to travel I’ll be back!"

"Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. "Property was very clean and staff was very nice. They did serve a good breakfast except for the sausage was low quality.
The only negatives were the elevator could definitely be replace with a more modern and smooth operating one. Also, they did not service our room on our second day. This is very important to me. I want my beds made and the bathroom serviced every day.
