"This place is incredible. It’s tucked away right next to Topsail State Park and only 5 minutes from the public beaches. The location is perfect, super close to all the 30A towns and about half an hour from Destin. The space has really high ceilings, a massive bathroom, and a kitchenette stocked with everything you actually need (fridge, coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron). I would absolutely stay here again."

"Pool was green, bathroom smelled like urine, tub was disgusting and damaged, red ants and dirt all around and property, guests camped outside the doors like they’ve lived there for months, throw up on wall next to bed, room smelled like body odor. The breakfast was also terrible. And young man that checked me on to the hotel sat behind counter with TV blaring while wearing a bonnet of some sort. "Everything was as described. For the location and amenities, it’s a great price. Sad that they didn’t have eggs or fruit for breakfast as I can’t eat biscuits and country gravy. Very responsive when we had an issue with the room. Would definitely stay again despite the breakfast issues. They did have plentiful breakfast options but just not gluten friendly options."

"This hotel was very nice and clean with great amenities. The staff was friendly and kind. Breakfast was decent. It was quite an experience with having our dogs with us on this trip. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was that I wish the room had a bit more floor space to move around. Overall, great stay and would definitely recommend. "

"Mold on the sheets/bed. BALLS of dog hair all over the room and nothing was properly cleaned previously before giving us our room. Kindly asked the staff if we could be moved as I’m allergic to dogs and he stated very rudely “ there’s dog hair in every room” and refused to move us to another. They need nicer night staff. His lips were all busted up so I’m guessing he didn’t learn a lesson."
