"The location of this house is very convenient. The house was decently clean though extremely dated, but there were maintenance issues- chips and stains on the bathroom paint, a garbage disposal that has to have the cap in at all times or it smells like rotten broccoli, making that side of the sink largely unusable, missing drawer pulls on a dresser. The beds were fairly comfortable and there were plenty of them, but the sheets and pillows are extremely cheap, so don't expect much of them....

"Nice breakfast, good selection. Restaurant and bar is closed during the week. You have to ask for room service. My garbage was sitting in my room from Monday to Wednesday. When I asked the staff about the garbage they suggested I find a trash can on my floor. No early check in even though check out is at 10 AM. Carpet is stained, the bathroom vanity is outdated and looks like it hasn't been deep cleaned. Mini fridge was pretty big, it had a freezer area as well."

"The beds were saggy and the place is run down both inside and outside. The first room they gave us, had ants so we requested a second room. The second room also had ants. Every time we went to the office, there was nobody there. We had to wait several minutes before somebody would come rushing in."

In regards to previous reviews surrounding the check-in process; it was clearly communicated that there wouldn't be physical staff for check-in. The process was extremely easy and efficient. After a three hour drive I was thankful to shorten the check-in process."

"We had a great stay overall! The location was beautiful, with amazing views and easy access to everything we wanted to do in Big Bear. We arrived after hours, and the check-in process was smooth, easy, and well organized. The cabin was clean, and we really enjoyed having a full kitchen and a comfortable living room to relax in after a long day.
Our only complaint was that we didn’t realize the cabin didn’t have air conditioning. It got pretty hot inside during our stay, so we wish we had known...
