"From check in to check out was a smooth process. Our second day the hotel experienced a power outage due to severe thunderstorm that knocked power out in the whole area, which is totally understandable. The staff was super friendly and helpful during that time. They offered us a refund for the remaining nights. We booked some where else unfortunately but as soon as they regained power we rebooked with them. That’s how much we enjoyed and loved our time there. This hotel is definitely saved in our number one preferred hotels in Chicago. Thank you to the staff."
