"My king room was beautiful. The staff was fine. But I had a particularly reserved this room to be able to have an early morning swim and hot tub before my whole day of training. Upon attempting to enter the pool area at 7 AM when it opened, I was very disappointed to find out they had is closed for cleaning at the exact hours that it was slatedto be open. This time to enjoy what I had anticipated setting the tone for my day. This was a big disappointment. "

"The staff who cleaned the rooms was very nice and helpful. The manager will charge for absolutely anything he can. They don't like to give out clean towels or blankets it's ridiculous since you pay for that. Dog rooms smell like smoke. However the prices are decent."

"It was very charming with a great concept. However, lodging details were a bit misleading as far as communal bathrooms were concerned. It was quite loud throughout the night with continuous train traffic and being able to hear everything in adjacent room. Was difficult to sleep.
