"The room could have been cleaned better. The restaurant experience was atrocious. One staff to cover the bar and restaurant area and I walked out of the place at one point. Very poor management style. The hotel itself is in a very nice area and a great place to stay. Staff training is essential in the hospitality environment."

"We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were great and the grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the breakfast staff (Darrieus, Danielle, Mallory, Kyle and Chianna) were extremely friendly and attentive. The breakfast staff worked very well as a team. We enjoyed interacting with them each morning."

"It was clean, tidy, and for the most part what is expected. I did have a hard time with breakfast in the mornings as the staff was not willing to ask the kitchen what was gluten free. Wouldn't suggest staying here if you have any allergies."

"Terrible all the way around. Bad section of town, the Red Lion is actually boarded up and you have to enter thru the hotel next door. Homeless everywhere and roaming the hotel halls begging for money. Pot smoke pervasive. No ammenities in the rooms and every surface is sticky. Totally misrepresented."

"Staff was the ONLY good think about this place. Room smelled like cigarettes, bathroom didn't look clean. There was no ice machine or coffee machines and the lobby smelled like piss."
