Hotel dekat Foxcroft East Shopping Center

"Nice spacious rooms. Good standard breakfast with almond milk (lactose intolerant)."

"Centralized in south Charlotte for shopping, eating out, banking, etc."

"Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly"

"Nice"

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds offered great sleep, too. The staff was nice and helpful. Location and parking were both convenient. The outdoor swimming pool was centrally located and big enough for folks to enjoy. The breakfast was nice, although it wasn't included with the room rate."

"Somewhat challenging to deal with the front desk people--English was not their first language so there was a lot of back and forth before we each made the other understood. Also they seemed like trainees and seemed unsure of procedures."

"This is a newer Residence Inn, very conveniently located in an upscale community with a ton of great restaurants. You do pay $10 a day to park. Its quiet and the staff was mostly lovely- one front desk person gave me attitude when I asked for quarters for the laundry. The breakfast is only adequate."

"The room has a distinctive unpleasant smell. Likely pet odor. Hotel has no other available rooms so we cancelled. Need Expedia support to ensure no charge."

"Customer service was great. The rooms/bathrooms were the cleanest in most hotels I have stayed in. I would definitely stay again."

"Clean and well kept"

"Need to be careful on floor 14 the carpet everywhere is coming up. From elevator to my room. Any older person could trip and fall"

"The fridge was ok not the best and it was odd that there was no microwave? The room also smelled weird. It was fine other then those things"

"so we stayed in the balcony suite and once we got there we were pretty surprised to learn that after pay"
