"1st time in this country and 2nd ever flight, the staff and hotel room put my mind at ease. Everyone friendly, rooms comfortable lovely breakfast choices"

"If you can stand the smell, the cost shall suffice the "price paid". I did not know this was a smokers place to stay when I made the reservation. The front desk worker asked if I wanted a nonsmoking room. I replied yes. But somehow, I ended up in a room with a clear and inescapable smoke odor. Likewise, the bar located directly below my room made noise until who knows when. I went to bed around 10pm, and the music was still going. And then for breakfast, I went to a close by Dunkin instead...

"To be honest we just left after we arrived and saw the Inn from the outside and the un-vacuumed carpet in the lobby. It gave off Bates Motel vibes. I didn’t even inquire about getting my money refunded for the prepaid room. We paid about $400 for one night at the Marriott Aloft right next door. The man at the front desk was courteous, but otherwise not much good to say."

"We chose this hotel because it was newly renovated and had good reviews online. It was a little further away than where we wanted to be but we took a chance and were very glad we did. The room was very large and nicely renovated. The bathroom sink had a nice long counter and a cool mirror with great lighting and a built-in nightlight. Many hotel bathrooms are NOT set up this well. The hotel staff were very helpful with the questions I had before and during our stay. The breakfast was fantastic...

"All the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was very convenient because we were there for a dance competition in the hotel. The breakfast was good. The food and drinks in the restaurant Malones was great. They even had a special kid menu to accommodate the dance competition kids. The concessions set up for the kids to grab and go were perfect. Thank you. My 2 complaints: a pool would have been great. And, the water pressure in our room shower was very weak."

"We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)"

"DO NOT BOOK. Business hours listed online did not match those in person. The location is chronically understaffed — we waited hours for someone to even check the front desk. Calls to all three posted support phone numbers were unanswered. The lady who finally came tried to take pictures of our credit card instead of using the clearly functional card reader. This is the cheapest option for a reason, even then what they charge is too much for what they (don’t) provide. We had to book another hotel...

And the ice machine needs to be cleaned other than that and an issue with the TV they resolved and the heat being difficult it was a nice location . But I need at least one of those amenities if not both when staying more than 2 days ."
