"I know that it is a busy and convenient location but the hotel is old and it is time for an update to change the smelly carpet and old, hard mattresses. We paid for and requested a double bed, but had to sleep in a king room with a pull out sofa. The staff was very helpful and apologetic and tried to place us in what were considered the best rooms available, but the room was outdated, the mattress was very old that you could feel all of the springs and the ac was on the Fritz. "Our family stayed in Room #305 while visiting the area for a wedding weekend. We arrived late Friday evening and, after a long day of travel, went straight to bed. It wasn’t until Saturday morning, while getting ready, that we discovered the shocking condition of the room.
