"All common areas and the room were very clean. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Mercedes and Arind! The breakfast was pretty basic but plentiful with some selections that changed every day. Its location was convenient for our travel needs."

"The Emilyville Inn is a nice, old and cozy inn with modern features. The room was comfortable and had good air conditioning. The bathroom had modern updates and everything worked perfectly. The host was very responsive. The shared facilities included living rooms, a dining room and a well-appointed kitchen. "The ads for the motel said that it had been renovated but this was very misleading. The rooms were old, dirty, musty. The bedsheets were stained, as was the bedspread. I chose to sleep on top of the covers because the sheets and the bedspread stains were old. The carpet was dirty, stained and not vacuumed. There were dead bugs on the carpet and in the bathroom. The lock on the door was flimsy and not adequate security. We did not feel safe or comfortable there."

"The owners are so sweet. Sitting right on the water which makes it a bit like a cottage. It’s clean and basic but perfect for a short stay and walkable to all of cute Campbellford. Road trip stop over, working in the city, or a mini trip to the cute city."
