Das Hotel ist ziemlich runter gekommen. Es wurde definitiv beim Bettenwechsel nicht geputzt. Fußboden klebrig, Ränder von Tassen auf dem Tisch, fremde lange Haare überall, große Staubflusen überall, von der Toilette möchte ich gar nicht erst sprechen. Duschgelflaschen, Haarwäsche etc. waren alle leer. Zweimal sind wir zur Rezeption haben den Zustand bemängelt. Nix ist passiert. Das Personal beim Frühstück wirkte lustlos und desinteressiert. Personal an der Hotelbar völlig überfordert. Dieses Hotel ist leider gar nicht zu empfehlen. Der einzige Vorteil den es hat, ist die Toplafe zum Stadion. Aber für diese dreckigen Zimmer und den schlechten Service viel zu teuer.

Ich habe 30 Jahre Reiseerfahrung und noch nie so ein Hotel / Unterkunft gesehen, wo offensichtlich Staub und Schmutz vorhanden war. In den Gängen waren die Ränder der Teppiche voll mit Krümel, Staub, Schmutz, im Treppenhaus wurde vermutlich seit Monaten nicht mehr gereinigt, unter dem Bett sammelte sich der Staub, in den Schränken und sogar offenen Regalen, was jeder Reinigungsdienst sehen müsste. Im Frühstücksraum am Hochtisch im offenen Regal Staub +Essenskrümel, nicht erst vom aktuellen Tag. Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich bestätigen bzgl. Sauberkeit im zweiten Bereich sozusagen. Die Haupttische, Tresen, Bad Oberfläche ok, der Rest gar nicht. Als ob die Reinigungskraft nur die Hälfte macht. Beim Frühstück waren einige Gläser nicht sauber, das ist ein Nogo. Im Bad gab es Stückseife, aber kein Behälter dafür, die ganze Schmiere deshalb immer auf der Ablage. Das Licht im Bad flackert, die Ränder sind mit Ablagen. Lange Haare an neuen Handtüchern und Bettbezug. Am ersten Tag war der Frühstücksraum halb leer, alles ok, am zweiten Tag nach einem Konzert überfüllt. Keine Plätze mehr, es fehlte an allem, nur 2 Kaffeeautomaten für die Menge Gäste und ständig war eine fehlerhaft (Satz voll, Wasser fehlt,...) aber der Service kümmerte sich nicht drum, obwohl die Gäste darauf aufmerksam machten. Bzw. würde ich als Gesamtfazit feststellen, viele junge Menschen arbeiten dort, aber nur halbherzig (oder sie können es einfach nicht) und ohne Verantwortung &Kompetenz. Keine Empfehlung

Furchtbar durchgelegene Matratzen - schlecht geputztes Bad; lange Haare aufm Fußboden - hinter der Tür wurde schon lange nicht mehr geputzt - Waschbecken läuft nicht ab - Badewanne ebenfalls nicht - alles verkalkte Armaturen! Schock bekommt man schon beim Eintreten in Zimmer 205: Vorhang hängt nicht richtig (Fotos gemacht) In der Tee/Kaffee-Ecke nur 1 Tasse und nur 1 Glas für 2 Personen! Wir haben noch nie so schlecht gewohnt und werden es allen erzählen, dass nur ja keiner auf die Idee kommt, dort abzusteigen…….

Pros...Big , clean hotel with easy access for wheel chairs. Standard size rooms. 3 big elevators. Has a gym but didn't get chance to use it. Cons...Breakfast choice was poor Visited restaurant for breakfast but no real vegan options just buffet style meats , no choice for alternative milks other than soy. Basic bread and only one 2 slice toaster. Location not great. nothing nearby except a small kiosk with a few bits and an Indian restaurant and 1 petrol station. 5 min walk.

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, was zimmertechnisch in die Jahre gekommen ist und langsam renoviert werden könnte. Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Personal am Empfang ist nicht gerade mit Freundlichkeit gesegnet. Vielleicht auch genervt durch die vielen Reisegruppen. Frühstücksbuffet hat eine gute Auswahl. Parkplätze in der Umgebung zu finden ist schwer, Hotel hat aber eigene Parkplätze. Preis-/Leistung ist sehr gut.

The room was big everything was great except the bathroom sink and the toilet, the water doesn’t empty out very quick, it gets stuck at times. I didn’t like that, also the tv wasn’t a smart tv didn’t have Netflix or anything. Lame tv.
