The location is superb.
We stayed on the recently renovated third floor of the older building.
While the room was small the furnishings and bathroom were brand new.
The breakfast buffet was well the 20 Euro price.
Great staff, so helpful. Small things like the coffee in the lobby are valuable to travelers and only a small cost to the business. Stayed many time over the years and the quality is consistently great. It has a generous feel that is rare these days.
Staff are the number one asset of this hotel, they always look after me, I have been staying here for years. Little things like coffee in the lobby make a big difference. Early check in when available is a massive plus for international travelers that have just come off a long haul flight.

Central location, easy to walk to the old town, main train station, hotel is clean, pleasant, staff are friendly!
The hotel is ideally situated about 5min walk from the main railway station. Check in was quick and staff were helpful. However I did find the room a bit disappointing. It was quite “tight” to get around and when I entered the room there was a smell of food! I also noticed the walls were quite scruffy and dirty and the floor was laminated wood( I prefer carpet). The AC worked fine and there was a safe/iron/ ironing board/ mini fridge/ bathrobe and slippers. The shower was excellent as was the comfortable bed.The best feature of the room was the gigantic TV.Breakfast was good but the hot food was slightly cool( cold beans and scrambled egg) . Check out was seamless
Hotel and staff were lovely but the air-conditioning was really struggling with this recent exceptional heatwave. My room was in full sun all day and was overheating. However the staff were excellent and moved me to another room. Special thanks to Rosa at the front desk for dealing professionally with my complaint

Great hotel
The hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the staff at the front desk to the waiters at the bar to the waiters at breakfast our experience was first class.
Our stay was made extra special thanks to Daniel at the front desk. From check-in to recommendations, he was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He took the time to suggest great places to eat and explore, and his friendly attitude set the tone for a wonderful stay. Excellent service and a great first impression! Thank you Daniel !!!!
Wonderful hotel. I stay here every time I visit Frankfurt which is now numerous. Each time Le Meridien is welcoming and exceeds expectations. Great rooms and great service.
The staff were extremely patient and wonderfully helpful, especially with young children and lots of luggage. The breakfast was diverse and had many options. Best hotel Buffett for breakfast! Would love to stay again!
I stay here every year for Frankfurt Book Fair, and it's always superb. Rooms are modern, beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Plus, the breakfast buffet is top-notch, with many hot and cold options.
It's a short ride on the local trolley to the Festehalle, and you need only walk around the corner to catch the trolley. The neighborhood around the train station is a bit sketchy, but the hotel is out of the sketchy zone.
I recommend this hotel highly!
We really enjoyed the close location to the train station. It was walkable to many restaurants and the Christmas market. The room was recently updated. My only complaint is the room did not have an area to open our suitcases, it was too small. So they were blocking the door.
It is a businessman’s hotel. Expensive, rooms are small. Not comfortable for a vacationing couple. Breakfast was wonderful. Employees were friendly, kind and professional.
Clean, spacious room in upscale property within walking distance of river front and Christmas Market. Desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was expensive, but had extensive offerings and great quality. Dinner was delicious. Beds are on the firm side. No view from our window. Problem with bathroom door handle. Avoid street behind hotel that leads to train station.
Room and staff were great, great atmosphere in Bar / Restaurant at night!!!
Once you step outside the hotel and turn towards the Train Station- that’s when you realize it is unsafe area. Turn Left from Hotel Lobby and area is Fine.
The hotel was great and the staff was incredibly friendly. The only knock on the hotel is that the Air Conditioner wasn’t like it is in the US. But, if you travel enough to Europe, you probably already know this.
