Last time I stayed the room felt much cooler a few weeks ago. This time the room I had was ever so hot and uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep every night. Other than this the hotel was good and staff are always nice, friendly and helpful.

Professional type hotel, but don't expect a Martini. There was no wifi in the room, just in lobby. Couldn't find TV remote. Took a chamomile tea from lobby at 3:00am and was scolded by night personnel. There was no sign. Otherwise excellant room and great breakfast. Place caters to conventions. Excellant gym/sauna. Excellant location near old town and Main river. Hoechst is cute. Enjoyed waterfront and old square with restaurants. Nice waterfront parks, Main river experience.

Ich hatte insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist mir das stets freundliche und jederzeit ansprechbare Personal, das sich aufmerksam um die Gäste gekümmert hat. Das Zimmer war großzügig ausgestattet, sauber und insgesamt sehr gepflegt, sodass ich mich in fremder Umgebung wohlfühlen konnte. Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten gibt es aus meiner Sicht bei der Parkplatzsituation, da diese etwas unübersichtlich beziehungsweise knapp war. Zudem wurde das Abendbuffet an diesem Tag leider nicht rechtzeitig nachgefüllt. Insgesamt hat das den positiven Gesamteindruck jedoch kaum beeinträchtigt. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre und empfehlenswertem Service.

Lovely staff. Great breakfast! The room was dated but I slept comfortably. I was not aware that parking was 25€ a day when booking. Came as quick a shock. I think that’s a hotels.com mishap though. It’s never written where you can see it (like how about right by the price people??) .
