TERRIBLE. I have NEVER left a hotel before, but there was no way I was staying. They couldn't find my reservation at first and then gave me a room that wasn't what I paid for. On top of that it smelled horrible and was NOT cleaned. After going back to the front desk we were given keys to another room which still had marks all of the walls and smelled terrible. I stayed just long enough to use the Wi-Fi to book another hotel.. this is NOT worth the price.

Lugar limpo, bom atendimento, quarto confortável. Um pouco longe da estação de transporte público (750 metros) mas mesmo assim compensa pela diferença de preço.

This was a very comfortable hotel with all the amenities we required. The staff made every effort to make sure our stay was above standard and the hotel was located close to the train station, which made our commute within Frankfurt very easy. Definitely recommend this hotel and we will stay here when we return to Frankfurt.

Much too small for a family of five!

We should have realized our mistake at booking, but each child was charged more than 50 euros in additional per person fees. This resulted in a bill that was much higher than the advertised room rate. We tried to cancel the reservation right away, but to no avail. As we could not avoid the full charge, we convinced ourselves to make the most of the situation. But after paying all of the extra per person costs for our three kids (kids range from 9 to 14 years old), I would have expected at least a double bedroom instead of just a pull out couch and roll away bed. I would not recommend this place to family vacationers. Business travelers only please. Breakfast was good.

This was by far the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. You can hear people walking and banging on doors all night. It was awful. The only reason I booked this place was because it said it had a deep tub...it didn’t have a tub at all. I was very disappointed.

Ville have ekstra betaling

Rigtig rar receptionist tog imod os da vi ankom til hotellet og informerende os om alt relevante ting. Vi skulle betale for opholdet ved indtjekning ok. Om morgenen ved ud tjekning får vi en ekstra regning på morgenmad. Hvilket vi nægtede da det tydeligt på fakturaen fremstod at opholdet var inkl. Morgenmad. Receptionisten blev meget insisterende og sur. Vi fremviste fakturaen som han ikke ville se og dage at hans kollega har lavet en fejl vi gjorde ham op mærke om på at det ikke er vores problem men deres og forlod stedet uden at betale. Vi håber ikke andre oplever denne opførsel.

Nice apartment

The apartment was great, clean and the service very good. It is a bit far from the city center but it is close to a train station. The only problem we had is that it was 39 degrees and the place didn't have an AC so it was really hot inside. Other than that, very good

Convenient & Clean

Clean & convenientn - Located in a quiet (at night) neighborhood. Breakfast was the best feature: lots of cold cuts, cheeses, sweets, good coffee and tea, breads. Manager wears all the hats of the business: manager, handyman, restaurant, customer service - Very nice guy! The proximity to FMM airport is a plus. Parking on site, free.

Ask for the correction of the information

Hotel room was quite good and the price was reasonable. But the one thing I ask to change is the information of additional person and bed. According to the notification in hotels.com, additional bed is avaliable with 40 euro. However, it is not correct. Before we visited hotel, we asked for the addional bed for additional person. When we paid for the additonal things, they asked for 95 euro (40 euro for additional person + 55 euro for addional bed). I was embarrassed because it was different from what I thought. I understood the hotel's policy so paid it. However, I think hotels.com must provide the correct information for the additional people and bed.

Construction site!

Disappointed.The owner led us through a construction site to the apartment - 50 metres of mud, trenches and lots of machinery.The unit was very dirty - the towels smelt like they were damp, the cover for the sofa bed looked unwashed, and the pillows were stained. When we shook the mats out there was a thick layer of sand and hairs left on the bottom of the shower.Some of the cutlery and crockery had food remnants on them - not a good thing for our health. The heating was not working in the bedroom.The shower is located against the sloping ceiling, making it very awkward to use (unless you stood in front of the attic window)The neighbourhood is not the best. It lacks any eating places close by, and the nearest train station is a 15/20 minute walk away in a not a very nice area.We had neglected to inform the hotel that three persons would be staying at the apartment (our fault for not reading the fine print). We were informed that we would be charged an extra 40euro PER NIGHT for the extra person. We deemed this to be rather excessive given that the third person had to sleep on a fold down sofa (not even a proper sofa bed) without any extra bedding supplied (we had to insist on a sheet to be provided).Given the less than conducive environment we felt some dispensation may have been forthcoming from the owner - no such luck.Were there any positives? The WiFi worked well.Overall we cannot recommend this apartment,

Free parking friendly apartment in Frankfurt

If you drive a car and looking for a free parking in Frankfurt, it would be a great choice to stay. However, you need to collect the keys across the road. Also, the shower was not tall enough. If you are over 5 feet 5 tall, you may mind your head when you have a shower.
