Stuff would make it different than any other place

Very nice staff, at the moment you’re stuck in you think you know them for a long time. Very hopeful and very friendly and honestly, you don’t need to ask any question. Love the place and I will stay there again

Bed was nice but the shower door was broken and multiple other half working things. Also no staff in mornings until 2 pm? That’s odd. Fine for one or two nights. Good restaurants close and close to Frankfurt airport.

Close to FRA airport. Room was big and clean. Although the hotel is in an industrial area it was quiet. Free parking was limited, seems this is a area for long term parking due to being close to the airport.

Great Hotel when you need to stay near the airport

Had to find a hotel in a hurry with the recent train strike, and ended up here. Ticked all the box: close the airport, clean, friendly, very quiet room, full block out blinds, modern bathroom. Internet connected Smart-TV (though I could not work out how to get free-to-air TV). Fast reliable Internet. While I was working I felt like a beer, so went down to reception to grab it, and it was fresh from tap! Nice! So can recommend!

Sunset reception only opens at 2pm so no point arriving earlier...no airconditioning but rooms are quite large and new and the windows open. Good Indian restaurant for dinner...the Moxy Hotel is one minute's walk across the road and has an air-conditioned bar and we also went there for breakfast because Sunset's coffee machine is broken.

The apartment very clean. New. Silent. No air conditioning. the lamps by the beds had no bulbs. I asked reception and they didn't have bulbs available. Room didn't have glasses. They were helpful, but borderline hospitable. Price Ok.

Convenient to airport but pricey for what is offer

The employees were friendly and helpful. The room looked nice but was scented and I did not care for the scent so had the windows open to try to get rid of it. There was a telephone in the room but it was unplugged. The bed was quite hard and water comes out of the shower through the gaps in the glass walls. No air conditioning here. Front desk is not staffed 24 hours. Had dinner at the Indian restaurant and the food was good but service not so great - disconcerting to see employee’s cigarette and cig package right next to the POS system there. No hand soap in ladies washroom in lobby so visited disabled washroom which has items stored inside and this takes away from the space needed for a disabled guest. The guest room door is thin and not well made and you hear all other doors slamming at night - the door handle was coming loose from the outside.
