"They have a small parking lot which is a lot better than no parking lot in NY, so parking was great. The staff was friendly. The breakfast that's included is great. It feels like not a lot of hotels include breakfast anymore so this was a huge plus. The common areas were nice and clean. The room was clean. The only thing I'd put in the suggestion box is; in the bathroom of our room where the toilet paper holder is screwed on it's a little bit too far. I had to give a good stretch while sitting...

"Bath tub needs to be redone. Felt gross in there I wore my slippers in the shower. You can hear everything through the walls. Couldn’t sleep from an arguing couple all night. The bathroom you can hear people having a conversation through the walls. It was not relaxing to sleep in the room and hear everything, including every flush that occurs."

"Solid little hotel and a great option for south Brooklyn (there aren't many). The staff is very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding and towels were soft. These comforts go a long way when you're traveling and some high end hotels don't get that right. Easy to walk, train or rideshare to nearby Park Slope, Gowanus, downtown BK and into Manhattan. "We had a rough day before arriving. The hospitality just wasn’t there. It was almost like the person on the home was telling me F you with a smile on her face. We got to the room where there were had marks everywhere. My daughter picked up and almost ate candy that was left on the floor before we got there. I tried to look past all of that until I opened the window to look outside where I saw 2 Rats running around."
