"Property is under construction. Noise and mess everywhere. Not sure why they are even taking reservations and at a minimum they should be letting people know the situation prior to arrival."

"Upon checkin ( after a very rainy stormy drive) I asked for a luggage cart to try to bring in my stuff. The man at the desk said he had no access to one. So now I knew I had to make multiple trips out to the car in a terrible storm to try to get my luggage and bags. I am a senior citizen and he made no attempt to try to help me . as a result when I got my luggage out of the car, my luggage tipped over and fell in a puddle and when I tried to stop it from falling into a puddle, I fell in the...

"The amount I pd for my room and then I get there and they said it was upgraded. It didn’t seem like and up grade. Couldn’t see out the windows , trash cans didn’t have bag liners in them. No ice. On the floor We were on the 5th floor. It just didn’t seem right. I would have like to have been on the 18th floor. But to change it after I check in. I paid for tower and that room just seem like dull. I been made my reservation in March. I wasn’t please with the room. It seem like a regular room....

"The hotel was good and cleaned the staff very friendly. They just did not have any Wi-Fi services available at all and I needed that for my job that I was there for so I had to go somewhere to use Internet."

"Staff was friendly, Parking was easy. Breakfast was okay, but would have been nice to have some protein to go with the bagels. Would have been helpful to have either an airport shuttle or contact to get to the hotel. When we arrived to the airport, there were no Ubers or Taxi (Nice couple on our flight kindly offered to give us a ride). Worst was seeing 3 large cockroaches in the room."

"The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had eggs, sausage, milk, juice, toast, etc. It was great!"

"Breakfast could have been better. Waffles were in packages. Scrambled eggs were hard. Muffins on sandwiches were dried. Carpets in the dining area needed cleaning. Rooms were fair. Control of the air conditioner was good."

"The staff was amazing we arrived an 90 mins early before check in and was able to get our room. The amenities fantastic and they had just opened the pool and my daughter was ecstatic."

"The property was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond! The only downside was the toilets are very low and the pool was closed for repairs."

"They need to replace their door locks. The TEAM went way above and beyond to assist me in accessing my room. Very inconvenient. The locks need to be replaced. They don't work. Again everyone was amazing...service with a smile. Spend some $ and update the door locks."

"Carpets were dirty, environment had an unpleasant smell, no elevator, site of no elevator was awful. Mold around sink in bathroom"
