"Everything at the hotel itself was incredible. Clean, great location in the middle of town, ample parking, room was fantastic. My only complaint was that we never saw anyone in the front office and were directed to call the Best Western a few properties down with any issues. That was also where breakfast was served, so we had to walk down to that hotel each morning. It’s not far away, but it is definitely not as nice of a property in my opinion and felt old, dated, and not as clean. We did see...

"Canyons Boutique is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful restaurant that locals brag about. Breakfast is included in the room package and the ‘chef’s choice’ breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The hotel is within walking distance of shops and other wonderful local restaurants. "

"Breakfast was great. Beds comfortable. The carpet was dirty and had obviously not been vacuumed. NO hot water in the shower. A bit noisy. We could hear our neighbours talking. The bathroom fan needs replacing. No plug to enable bathing. "

"When I arrived in my room, the bathroom door handle came off, and I notified the front desk. They sent someone to fix it the very next day, which was nice. Overall the property looks very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and responsive. If you sleep on the fourth floor, be aware that you might get a room underneath the AC unit which makes a loud humming noise all night."

"Staff is amazing and super nice. But…. Our room was in need of a complete makeover. The shower could probably be heard in the next county. It needed all the caulking replaced, as the mold was visible behind it. The sink cabinet should be replaced or at least painted. The furniture was out of place and seemed like an afterthought. The beds were hard but at least the sheets were soft. "

"Fantastic value!! Last minute trip with my dog to Kanab to go on a variety of adventures, this was much more of a value than any other space I found with a full sized refrigerator for pre-cooked meals coming out from of my loaded cooler, with a kitchen that also allows dogs. Kitchen has the basics, so if there is something more than just a basic kitchen tool, best to ask. I didn't need anything, but I was just warming up pre-cooked meals.
