"The property was fine for our short stay. The only drawback was that I called 2 days in advance to request a 2nd floor room and was told that we were already booked on the 2nd floor. Great! Right? However when we checked in the receptionist said we were in a 1st room and all the 2nd floor rooms were already filled. The same woman called our room shortly after we unpacked our clothes and said that there was a second floor room available and she didn’t think to look when I questioned her about availability. Not a big deal about the room. Just poor service at check-in. I probably would stay there again if I visit Zion again because the room and location were good."

"Well maintained family owned hotel. The smell when entering the hotel was very pleasant. I was surprised to find the old solid wood door to our room and old fashioned key. It was a great step back in time feeling. The restaurant and bakery on site made it a great stay. We came down from the north rim and really appreciated the Jacob lake inn being close by."
