"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"I was up here for a wedding and had never been to Poulsbo. Was planning to stay only one night. Since I was going to see a lot of family hadn't seen in awhile, I decided to add a day. I called the office and the friendly, upbeat woman I spoke with got me the same room for both days. "**Great marina views and a very comfortable stay** Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Waterfront Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we arrived at 4:00 p.m., our room was not quite ready, but the staff cleaned it promptly and we were able to get settled in without much of a wait. We stayed in a third-floor room with two queen beds and a balcony. The balcony and chairs were clean, and the view toward the entrance to the marina was excellent. "The floor was dirty and needed mopping. The restroom door was installed upsidedown and didn't close. We had to use a towel in between the door frame and door so it could close. There was a cabinet door missing in the kitchenette. The room has a musty smell. I reported to the staff but they didn't fix the issues. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. The cleanliness wasn't that great. I regretted booking this place."

"Our room was clean. We only stayed for two nights but I was surprised to comeback to a clean room/made bed after a tired day being out. The front desk is very helpful (Curtis). Great breakfast with great beverage options even have a gluten free bread . The staff at the dining area is making sure keeping it clean and food well supplied refilling soon as it becomes empty. Great location too. Everything we needed is within walking distance and area is really nice. Will definitely stay again when...

"Air conditioner filter was moldy, uncomfortable bed, creaky floors, toilet was not clean, human hair on sheets and pillows, road noise was horrendous, had to climb staircase to second floor. you have been warned"
