"Avoid if you can , - location : this hotel is pretty far from cortina d ampezo - The room super small n bed not comfortable , more over the bathroom super smallll - both above actually I can still accept BUT the last thing that made me give this score is the service attitude is bad , especially on the food service area , they treat the customer like criminal , they shud be aware that hotel is far away from location hence water n other drink shud be accessible , they put big writing that guess...

Dopo aver ricevuto la conferma della cancellazione mi hanno comunque addebitato in toto con penali la cifra del soggiorno... "Parking was easy for our Toyota RAV4, tight one way access at house. Super clean and fabulous hostess and staff,very accommodating and friendly. You won’t get a better Mountain View than the one from our room or window in dining room. Shower was impossibly narrow "

"Our room was beautifully decorated in warm yellow tones and had a very charming atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly prepared hot egg dishes. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Since we had informed the hotel that we were on our honeymoon, they kindly surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room, which made us very happy. "The property is in a beat location. The view from our balcony was spectacular. The property was under construction. No restaurant or amenities of any kind. The walls are thin. You can hear everything. The desk attendant sent us to the gondola and we walked there only to find that it is closed until July."
