"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. "Pleasant hotel, we had a large room, much larger than normal ski hotels. Bathroom could do with redecorating but water hot. Breakfast good but expensive however the small cake and water available late at night is a good choice! Although parking is available underneath the hotel your car must be less than 1.90. We found plenty of parking to side of hotel which was off the main road and free."

"Overall positive stay mostly due to the sauna The apartment room was ok but it was such dry warm that was making impossible to sleep well and despite turning off heating and opening window in a snowing night it was still warm… Restaurant was also good price/money wise"
