"Where do I begin…initial impression pulling in the parking lot was okay. The motel is about five minutes from Chataqua Institute, which was a great location. Then we got our room. It looked like it was surface cleaned. There was some cereal under the side of the bed, the freezer in the fridge was disgusting, the entire room reeked of cigarettes, and now the bathroom. "We spent the night with a group of friends celebrating a birthday. From checking in to checking out the staff was amazing. The restaurant staff especially the twin bartenders provided fabulous service and we’re very friendly. All the food was great and we enjoyed our time listening to the band at night.
