"The staff was welcoming and nice. The room was clean enough although there was carpeting in the bedroom area which is not hygienic when so many people are brining in 2 dogs. Our room on 3rd floor had serious noise issues from people walking above us. The hotel apparently has no soundproofing and the foot falls of people above us were crazy loud keeping us awake past midnight. The bathroom is cramped and door nearly hits toilet. The elevator makes chime sounds that are excessively loud and irritating. Would not stay here again. "

"Most of the said amenities during booking not working. Checked in and when changed for fitness time; I was told it’s not working- this was parts of my main interests when I chose the hotel. Smoke detector in my room out of battery and noisy beeping all the night- reported to the front desk 3 different times all the day until fixed in the next night."
