"Still trying to get my refund! I didn’t even touch the room. Took me 5 minutes to checkout the room! It's dirty, towels were dirty and old. It's run down place totally different from pictures on expedia! Surroundings doesn't make you feel safe! Definitely not advisable if you have children! Expedia tried to contact the manager and manager was too busy to talk! So now, I'm trying to dispute the charges! Since the hotel manager doesn't want to give me a refund! This place is a total scam! Do not rent!"

"The apartment was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The staff was efficient, very friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or needs. It is pet-friendly, which is a great plus. It is also suitable for people with mobility issues; as a suggestion, adding safety bars in the shower and bathroom would make it even better. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation."

"Very disappointed to realize our room had not been properly cleaned from the prior guests (hair in bedding, ice bucket resting in spilled food residue, bathroom floor grimy). Housekeeping did not clean our room one time over a 3-night stay (but was very responsive providing additional towels when we requested). Very poor water pressure in shower and extremely thin walls/insulation between rooms (could clearly hear family conversation in next room at normal volume). Breakfast was the best part of the trip - omelette station was very nice. Overall very disappointed we were not provided a clean, maintained room considering the inflated prices we were charged for graduation weekend. Will not be coming back."

"The bed linens, surfaces and floor in the room were clean. The hotel is in serious need of some paint. There are smoking rooms so if you're near one, the smoke from the people smoking in the hallway will get into your room from the gap in the door."

"Room was clean overall and beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were nice at check-in/out. Pool under construction for remodel which wasn't advertised. Bar has limited operating hours. "

"Didn’t use any amenities. Breakfast was ok at best. They didn’t make our bed or provide fresh towels. Went to front desk to discuss. Was told that we should have been told at check in that unless we asked they don’t enter room during our stay. We didn’t tell us. She did give me fresh towels. It was graduation weekend and we paid over $400 per night for two nights. They should have made our bed! Place needs a refresh! "
