"This was the best stay ever! From the moment we checked in, to the moment we left, the staff was AMAZING! The food is great and the kitchen was quick to accommodate my wife’s allergy. Luz was especially detail oriented with her allergy. We have never had that attention to making sure she ate safe! Wow!! The bed is wonderful, the room clean and comfortable. It’s just a wonderful hotel and company. 100000000% recommend!!"

No shampoo or conditioner in dispensers. The couch was broken as well as the table. There was left over food in the fridge. The air conditioner was dripping on the floor. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel this weekend! From the moment I arrived on Friday, I felt truly welcomed. The two young ladies at the front desk who checked me in were incredibly kind, professional, and friendly. I unfortunately didn’t get their names, but they made such a great first impression and provided outstanding customer service. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My room was spotless, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and everything I needed was available....

"The ladies room in the lobby was filthy. There were toilet paper on the floor and both toilets needed cleaning. There were lights out in the ladies room also, making it very dark in there. My husband said the men's room was fine. The rug in our room was torn up and made it dangerous for walking. The tub was dirty and the toilet did not flush everything down until the tank was full. The 2 employees I delt with at the desk were very nice and friendly."

"Spacious room. The sink had issues. It filled with dirt on two separate occasions for no explainable reason. I was moved to a different room where the A/C unit was incredibly noisy. But I still slept OK. The bar and lounge area is a lot of fun. Very nice bartenders. The pool is dated and needs a renovation. The concrete inside the pool is full of holes. The whole hotel looks like it could use a coat of paint and maybe some simple upgrades. Good value for the price paid and great location to...
