"Wasn’t a great stay. The room had a foul odor, the bathroom floor wasn’t clean well and the corners had caked up dirt, the sink didn’t drain, the door to the bathroom didn’t close well, the pool was dirty, and the doors on the outside ere not secure. We would only stay here again in an emergency. "

"Room was clean and spacious and only complaint is the bathroom was dimly lit, especially the mirror...could hardly see my face to shave. Quite expensive compared to other hotels, but right across the street from the sports complex I was at for 2 days. Free multi-story parking garages on both sides of the hotel made for easy parking access. I didn't use the dining area for dinner or breakfast for that matter...snacks were plentiful for purchase in the lobby, but didn't use it, so no idea of the cost. Loud live music across the street was annoying and my room was on the 5th floor."

"The room itself was ok. Shower sucked. No water pressure. Im 5'11" tall and the shower head is about 5'6" tall. Lot of leaning over. Hotel is just very outdated and needs a makeover bad. Staff at counter was very polite. But probably won't stay again. Sorry."

"Clogged toilet and water backed up in shower and sink, called about the toilet not flushing and two hours later we left, Dead roaches in the lobby near front desk. I would like a partial refund from this roach hotel,"

"Average stay for what I would consider a lower tier hotel. Rates tend to be higher than warranted due to the college town it is in, depending on the time of year. Oddly, the building is attached to Staybridge. The Staybridge hallways looked a little nicer than the part of the hotel that was reserved for the Holiday Inn Express, where the decor was a bit garish. The room was a little damp and the lighting, especially in the bathroom, was too dim. No bars of soap, just the refillable liquid soap. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap were Dove brand. The shower head and water pressure were nice. Also, the staff was friendly in retrieving and returning something left in the room. Overall, not on the top of my list for a repeat stay, but adequate if other options in the area are too pricey due to the time of year."

"The rooms were run down with holes in the walls. The shower had cracks all in the walls. The doors were stripped with holes. Absolution not worth what they charge. No breakfast and coffee bar was minimal. Would never recommend!"
