"Check-in was great, and the staff was very helpful. However, the property had a strong unpleasant odor throughout the halls, elevator, and rooms. The breakfast was also subpar; you could definitely tell by the taste that lower-quality food options were being served."

"I’m giving this 4-stars overall but it was actually great for its price. I can see all the works that is being done here and I believe this hotel is going to get to that level. We got 2 queen-sized beds and they were amazing! The only thing I can complain in our room is that the shower/tub was peeling but again, I knew that things are being repaired and updated here so all the best to the company."

"Expedia has check in time wrong. Hotel check in time is at 4pm. We didn’t get to check in until 4:15pm. If you are going to have the check in that late it should be right on time. Lady checking us in was fake nice and she was caught talking behind my back. I wasn’t being rude just anxious to check in so we could get ready and get to our destination. Pool should be open later. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Appreciated the clerk getting us a handicap room... But it had 4 steps, or a ADA ramp to sub ground level 1st floor. No drive up to your Room or Any rooms. Room was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was Really pretty slim in what was set out at 6 am. We had to leave so can't say if it improved after that Time. We ate nothing! All in All we would stay again due to closeness to Shands Hospita, and I-75"

"This hotel was not what we expected. Very busy loud and when we checked in the room It was late and we were tired and just wanted to get some rest. When we were getting the sofa sleeper open to sleep in the mattress had urine stains on them. We were very upset went down to the desk to try to get a different room and there wasn’t one so we ended up leaving."
