"We took my granddaughter to utilize the pool on her school vacation week. Pool was.great, breakfast was awesome and I liked the later (11:00 AM) checkout so she was able to swim again in the morning. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was top notch. Only thing I was concerned with was the metal door stop on the floor in the bathroom right in front of the tub. When placing the towel on the floor, just be careful when stepping out of the tub, so you don't hurt yourself. 5 stars 🌟"

"Friendly staff at check in - allowed us in a few minutes early, with no fee. Room was clean, warm and well lit. I missed having a table on one side of the bed and the heating/cooling unit is very loud. Otherwise no complaints."

"The room was clean, but smelled of stale smoke. They were smoke free rooms. There were burn marks on the bathroom sink and night stand and the table in the room. No one ever came to the room in a 3 night stay for New towels or toilet paper. The heat worked fine. The microwave was dirty and the shower curtain had mold on it. I wiped everything down with a clorox wipes. My door had no dead bolt on it. It was broken. On the last night my neighbors were arguing all night. I was scared but...

We lived it here in this family run lodge, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, great free breakfast provided, swimming pool and fire pit with wood and chairs all ready for you…… and to top it off - the Northern Lights made a show!! Kennebunkport was beautiful and I couldn’t of found a better place to stay. The lady gave us recommendations for restaurants and bars which we followed and had a stunning meal and a great night. "Bed was a platform and hard as a rock. However the direct access to the beach was amazing. "

"Room never got cleaned during our stay as far as I could tell. The handout said there would be light housekeeping every day and full housekeeping half way through our 4 day stay. We arrived on a Wednesday and the next day we got fresh towels and new trash bags. That was it. We left on sunday with the bathroom trash full to yhe top and a bathtub full of dirty towels. On the plus side the staff was very pleasant and the parking was close to the room."

"The inn is very well located, easy 20 min walk to the beach or 5 min to the port. Bonus to have a continental breakfast included. Room is clean, bed is comfortable with excellent pillows and towels. However the washrooms are dated, but adequate."
