"We arrived very early for check in. We were greeted immediately. ALL the staff was great! We tried to do an Uber and he/she was a no show. So we went to the front desk and they had a shuttle available. No charge at that. So when we returned back to do the final check in, amazing. Fast, professional and she even asked what floor preference. The room, spacious, clean, extra towels in the bathroom. Next morning breakfast, great variety. Breads, sweet treats, eggs& pancakes. "This is the first time I stayed in this hotel because of BTS and by far the best. We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, even though the check-in was 3 pm, they accommodated us with no questions asked. They also have a BTS banner and photo booth to welcome guests attending the concert which was amazing and sweet. They provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa or you will just request and they will bring you anywhere you want to go. They also gave us a ride to the concert...

"Very clean everywhere in the building, staff are all incredibly nice and helpful. The only complaints I have would be that the room only has one mirror (over the sink) which makes it challenging to get ready. Also the WiFi is pretty bad and spotty. "
