Excellent customer service. The room was a little run down. Needs updating. Beds were ok comfort wise but again aging and need to be replaced. The sheet used in place of a comforter was stained.

Very dirty carpet hasn't been cleaned in years and they charge a deposit that they don't tell you about and nasty stained towels I would not stay here again

The carpet was filthy it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years and the towels stained and nasty looking and they charged a deposit and didn't even tell us and we still haven't got it back I would never stay there again

The images posted are not what the place actually looks like, very outdated and unsanitary. It needs to be updated and kept up with better! The sink was leaking and the counters were still dirty and the blankets were stained. Not a pleasant stay! And they don’t offer refunds.

OK, so my husband and I were doing our first 12 hour day traveling and stopped in Fresno. The hotel LOOKS nice from the photos but - OH NO! Upon driving up to the hotel, there were droves of homeless people outside, trash EVERYWHERE, I wasn't even out of my car yet and a resident manlady of the night (you could tell) that hauled butt through the parking lot, got out and started working. You could tell she must live there.. As it was late and we had no where else to go, we stayed. Our room was along the back side of the hotel, we thought we'd be safe in the back corner away from the bums. Upon pulling in, it was clear the rooms had long time tenants and a few were actually BBQing in the door ways of their rooms. We got situated in our room, and not long after we hear a *knock knock knock*.. We open the door to find a Fresno PD standing there asking if our car was the one he was pointing to. We said yes, he said someone in the hotel was using it as target practice and shooting BBs at it, and he asked that we make sure nothing was damaged. Luckily it wasn't.. Our room was MUCH darker and dingier than the images shown. The room smelt pretty bad. I sprayed poopari all over the room to help with the smell. You could tell it hadn't been cleaned well, as the room looked like a CSI crime scene with how many fingerprints and smudge marks you could easily see all over every surface.

The staff was a joy to interact with... very professional and personable. The property itself was not up standard! The room was dim and gloomy and it had a very distinct smell of smoke.

It was pretty noisy out front but the young man at the desk made sure he put me in the back where it was quiet without me even asking. A little rundown but the bed was comfortable and I got a good night's sleep.

Falling apart hotel

We stayed in Days Inn by Wyndham Fresno Central on our way to Oregon. This hotel needs some serious remodel. It's literally falling apart. The rooms are dated and smell like grandpa's house. The area is very sketchy, a lot of drugged up people walking by talking to themselves. We didn't feel safe and were worried our car would be broken in into. Luckily it didn't happen, but we got the hell out of there as soon as possible. The only good thing around there is Denny's. Very nice people working there. Won't come back to this hotel for sure.

A tractor trailer parked by our Room and vannice engines for well over an hour at 9:00 p.m. One bar of soap, none in the shower. Garbage strewn around the grounds in the morning as a result of partying of guests.

Struggle was real

Although the manager was very nice and all staff was courteous, my daughter was uncomfortable staying any more days due to baby roaches spotted at sink area. I did advise the awareness of this issue n felt like we could have been partially credit back money for this discomfort but at the times all I could focus on is being close in case my mother was to pass away

I like the affordability of this property and the location. It’s right off the main highway and it’s still fairly quiet too. I love that there is a microwave and mini fridge in the room. They have good cable channels. The staff is always friendly and courteous to me.

For the price of the hotel I wasn't sure what I would find. I was pleasantly surprised. The room while not modern was very clean and nicely set up. Having a refrigerator and microwave was a nice bonus. Dennys next door was a huge plus :)

I booked a room at this hotel. On my way there I called to confirm. Unfortunately, the staff that goes by the name"Allen" spoke to me in the worst possible manor. I had my 3 yr old daughter with me. I didn't feel safe to sleep at seedy establishment. I called expedia to voice my concern. Only to get a generic response. Even though I prepaid the room. I went to more reputable hotel to sleep at ease. People have the ability, either to make you feel welcome or not. In this situation situation I was dissatisfied with this hotel ( for lack of a better word). More so dissatisfied with the service that I had with expedia. I spend alot money with expedia, so expected more from expedia. What a shame
