"Perfect location and the facilities are really good. Very dog friendly and I found it the perfect relaxing stay. Studland beach just minutes walk away. Breakfast really good , didn’t have dinner as went into Corfe. Love the whole area . Booked to come again"

"Narrow entrance to car park with two prominent concrete boulders. Scraped front wing on arrival boulders are hidden from drivers view due to small turning angle so beware....rooms have not been updated for several years. Bathroom very small, shower in bath lacked pressure. Staff excellent, nice continental breakfast. Great location . Hotel full of character set in lovely grounds."

"A clean quiet hotel in a good location about 15 minutes walk along the promenade from the centre of Swanage. Staff are very helpful. Serves breakfast and dinner and has a spa in the basement and pleasant beer garden right above the beach. The parking is very limited and the only other downside is that the bed is one of the least comfortable (/older?) that I have slept in."

"Lovely location. Friendly welcoming staff. Great guest experience from all members of staff. Fabulous food and beverages. Would definitely stay there again.
Negatives if I'm being picky: We had to ask for sugar at breakfast every day and butter once. Trivial compared to the overall experience."
