"Room was freezing and in need of a simple chair. There were pleny downstairs but not in the room. You need a chair to dress and put shoes on. Also when you finish riding you don’t want to sit on the bed. Also kitchen needed a drying rack paper towels or dish cloths. Beds were comfortable and location great. View of falls wonderful. Does the tv work downstairs?"

"Great location, excellent staff ( especially the breakfast staff), restaurant. Free easy parking. Room was fine(mainfloor) bed was ok- way too soft. Different room next time."

"We were very disappointed that this was a Hampton Inn! When we were walking to our room we discovered there was feces on the floor…. A lot of it! We told the front desk lady and we showed here and she said “oh he’ll no!” It did get cleaned up, no idea who did it! The comforter had black hair on it and it didn’t smell very good at all! Was hard to sleep! Very disappointed!"
