"Honestly, don't think that the parking lot looks secure and the breakfast didn't have time to try it. Our room was too hot and we were not able to control the temperature. Since we got the room the thermostat was reading 50° F to be cold and it never got cold at all. We didn't even use the bed sheets since it never got cold."

"When we went, outside of the hotel was being renovated. Free but limited parking at night. Our shower was leaking. However, the room clean, bed was comfy, and the view was amazing. Staff was nice. Despite some hiccups, we would stay here again. "

We definitely will come again.but they made us felt welcome. But now on the other hand that night crew not all so pleasant it was kinda Disappointing so me personally u need to evaluate some of the night Crew that's hurting your business.which is sad because you are in a wonderful location "

"My family and I saw multiple bugs (roaches) during our stay. We felt very cautious to leave our luggage and bags opened and on the floor during our visit."

"Nice, big rooms. Great hot breakfast foods that changed daily. Cordial staff. Really good coffee. Please note this hotel is located near the sports complex of Frisco, TX. Spent 5 nights to visit family. The walls are thin and when rooms are filled with kids equals not much peace and quiet. Front desk gave me earplugs."
