"Con: 1- Room housekeeping was non-existent (Had to request and poorly done). 2- Way too many (none over 40 Lb your rule) dogs in elevators 3-Entry door was difficult to open/close (reported to staff, not addressed). 4- Parking space width is extremely narrow for any size vehicle !!!!! Pro: 1- Location is terrific 2- Expedia pricing is competitive 3- Rooms are spacious"

"Went to check in and the guy at check in wanted to charge me extra after I had already payed online. After calling customer service and being informed he had to call them to verify he refused to call to verify reservation. Horrible customer service will never book with them again."

After working all day and arriving close to midnight, he was informed by the front desk clerk that he could not check in because I had paid for the reservation, despite his name being listed on it.
