"Checkin was seamless and fresh cookies were available at the counter. The person who checked us in was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and the smell of cleaning agents was apparent as soon as we opened the door. That said, the bed was super comfy, had great bedding and lots of pillows. "Our room was very clean. Didn't see any staff except for the night we checked in. We had no need for interaction, so that was OK.. Never woke up in time for breakfast and finding parking was no problem no mater the time of day or evening. Very pleasant stay."

"Room was not cleaned or sheets changed from previous guest(s). Blood/pus stains and "human debris" in bed. Call to front desk resulted in someone coming up to change bedding (25mins/10:00pm). After we were in (now clean) bedding (11:00p) management offered us another room.
