"Clean, quiet, comfortable bed & pillows. Nice view of Red Lodge Mtns & Rimrocks. Maids cleaned room 1 day out of 4 —sort of. But I’m clean so, -not tragic. Would have liked my trash emptied daily not at all emptied the entire 4 day stay, & 1.5 rolls of TP barely made 4 days. Had amazing AC filtration system. I forgot how sweet the tap water tastes on the West End of Billings. Air was clean and fresh outside hotel. Lots of walking trails from hotel. Staff all super friendly & helpful."

"I can’t believe I paid a buck sixty for this place. It is a great place if you are a dog. Tons of them. Not so much if you’re a human. Our room smelled and had stains on a large portion of the carpet. Mold and mildew in the bathroom. Fan didn’t work. Room smelled. Breakfast was only until 9:00. Really old and run down."

"Staff was helpful and pleasant. Bedding and towels were fresh and felt new. Room was large and well maintained. Pool area needs an update."

"We arrived late after booking through Expedia and thankfully there was a room left. Bed was comfortable and other than soap left on the floor of the bath tub from the guests before us the bathroom was clean. The long mirror fell off the wall and it would be dangerous with children in the room. Husband hung it back up. Breakfast was hot and good and much appreciated. We would recommend this hotel."

"The towels in the bathroom were so small they would hardly go around a medium sized child. The shower curtain rod was installed incorrectly so that the curve was up and down and not out and around the tub so when showering the curtain slid to the middle of the tub leaving major water on the floor near the door. Also, the bathroom could use an update."

"The room was not very clean, dead bugs on the curtains, old yellowing devices, dirty floors, the sink wasn’t draining and the bathroom has no fan which is causing mold. You could also see where the housekeeping staff had just barely wiped the mirror clean causing me to think they didn’t clean the entire room too well either. Definitely seems like this place received the landlord special. Also the water park is not included it’s an additional $15 per person plus $5 to just watch your kids which I...

"We didn't get down to breakfast until about 7:30 and most of it was gone. The milk was old and stale. The attendant had to bring another carton and refill the pitcher. The AC was very noisy and kept me awake most of the night. It is obviously a very old property but seems to be pretty well maintained."
