"Management has done an outstanding job of training their staff. The staff from the maids to the breakfast gurus to the front desk were smiling and greeting their guests. Friendly as can be. People do make the difference and management has evidently knows that. I have stayed at different Dury inns and the staff has been uniformly great. They got a good thing going on there. We booked through Expedia requesting a handicap accessible room they didn’t have one available (overbooking in hotels...
