"Great suite, good location for many trips: Zion NP, Monument Valley, Grand Canyon North Rim and many more. We enjoyed a lot of space, an amazing king size bed and really good equipment. Highly recommended."

"Room was beyond nice and very clean. Appreciated that breakfast was included but it was the same thing every day. I'm not a big steamed eggs person, and my husband is lactose intolerant. So we only ate the very small parfait of yogurt and berries. Wish there was more choice for breakfast. By the third day, we just skipped the hotel breakfast altogether and ate out."

"Very good hotel with updated rooms and good amenities. Only complaint is that we traveled with a dog and the fenced in area at the back of the hotel to run unleashed pets has been terribly neglected and is full of weeds"

"The room needs an upgrade. Even the light in the room was too dim. The property is too old and needs upgrades. Otherwise, it was ok. We were having breakfast at 9 AM, and the staff didn't have the patience to wait for a few minutes to let us complete, and started draining coffee and throwing things. The next day, the staff was much better; they waited and let the folks finish."

"No staff when we arrived at 1am. No bedding on the pull out sofa. Called the number left at front desk. The guy said he couldn’t help us because it is a room for two. I specifically reserved a room for three and it was on my receipt. He finally called a maintenance man who was not happy to be woken up. The maintenance guy handed me a pile of sheets and blankets and told me this wasn’t his job. No customer service."

"Cheap as cheap can get. The carpets and chairs had huge stains. There was old tv wires all over, the smoke free room was in-between 2 smoking rooms and the smell was coming through the doors and walls. There was trash under the bed from the previous stay. The ceiling was saggy in places as if there was a leak above the bed.We ended up leaving early and not finishing our stay."
