"Nice place to stay we have stayed twice on our travels Utah"

"Breakfast was not good, it is more for city people, yogurt, muffin and half cooked eggs is not what most people look forward to for breakfast, we need meat, cooked eggs, toast, waffles or pancakes. Everything else was good."

"We showed up a little after the check in time and the rooms weren’t ready yet. It appeared they didn’t have enough staff to get all the rooms cleaned on a busy weekend. Front desk was helpful and courteous, but when we got up to our room, they were still cleaning it. The property is new and is really nice but already some of the maintenance is suffering. Beds were nice, breakfast was good, I would stay here again. Hopefully they can find enough help to keep this property maintained and clean."

"Clean bathroom and hotel premises. It's located in Kanab and very convenient to national and state parks. The room itself needs a thorough renovation. Rundown walls.and carpets as well as old dated furniture."

"The lobby, breakfast area were nicely done but the carpeted areas like the elevator and the hallways going to the rooms were dirty. Once in our room, the door stop behind the door was bashed into the wall. Was disappointed too that the hot tub was closed off."

"This was my 'base camp' for a road trip to the Grand Canyon area. The town of Kanab is a brilliant little location with lots of character and access to many hiking, biking and ATV activities. The Canyons hotel was a perfect fit for me. Great off-road parking, clean rooms with all the amenities (coffee, AC, TV, Wi-Fi...etc.) The staff were extremely polite and welcoming and the breakfast service was always prompt and well presented. Pretty much the only downside for me was the repetitive...

"Positives: Nice hotel. Rooms open to the outside. Clean. Comfortable beds. Nice staff, very helpful and outgoing. Not as modern as some of the newer hotels, but recently renovated. Nice sundries. Didn’t get the chance to use the pool or hot tub but they were functional and other guests appeared to be having a good time. Very close to several restaurants so you can walk to them. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Really grateful that they provided non-dairy milk for people who can’t drink...

"The breakfast did not start until 630 and when you are going to a park, you have to get up early to beat the heat so most days we could not eat the breakfast. Yes they have laundry but it is 3.50 a load to wash and 3.50 a load to dry. They never cleaned the room in all the days we were there even though the sign in the room says every three days they clean. We had to go ask for more towels and wash clothes at the front counter and when we did we felt like we were bothering the person at the...

"The main part (office and pool area) were awesome. Our room was old and outdated. Not enough plug-ins for modern travelers. Paint coming off the bathroom door. Just poor maintenance. The breakfast buffet looked good but was cold. Not a great experience."

"Great welcoming front desk. Can do better on the cleaning. Good breakfast. I would say except the inconsistent hot water in the bathroom, everything else was pretty good. We had comfortable stay"

"Cheap as cheap can get. The carpets and chairs had huge stains. There was old tv wires all over, the smoke free room was in-between 2 smoking rooms and the smell was coming through the doors and walls. There was trash under the bed from the previous stay. The ceiling was saggy in places as if there was a leak above the bed.We ended up leaving early and not finishing our stay."

"We were sad to only stay for one night and we didn't have a chance to "foster" a dog for the night. We'll definitely be back."
